The Practice will use Jane App for hosting appointment booking, secure video platform, and payment processing. This provider is required to maintain privacy and security safeguards. The Practice is not responsible for Jane App privacy practices outside its control. 

Communication through the website (e.g. email or contact forms) may not be fully secure. Sensitive clinical information should only be shared through secure, approved platforms during therapy sessions. 

Access, Rights, and Updates

Clients have the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent for their personal information where permitted by law. Request can be made in writing via email to duramaterpsychotherapycounselling@outlook.com

This website is not intended for children under 18 without parental or guardian involvement unless legally allowed.
